JUDGING AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be randomly selected and notified via e-mail.

CONDITIONS TO WIN: Winner must accept the prize within 48 hours of notification by e-mail. Jet-Setter.ca reserves the right to publish the winner's name without further compensation.
Contest prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, have no cash value and must be accepted by the winner as awarded.
Winner may waive their right to receive a prize. Refusal to accept the prize releases Jet-Setter Inc. of any obligation toward the winner.
In the event that a selected entrant is not eligible to claim the prize or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of being selected as a winner, or is unwilling or unable to comply with the Rules, or any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that entry will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to another contestant.

Le prix devra être acceptés tels quels et ne pourront être échangés contre un montant d’argent ou remboursés, vendus ou transférés. Aucune substitution ne sera permise.
Le refus d'accepter un prix libère Jet-Setter Inc. de toute obligation à l’égard du gagnant.
Dans le cas où un participant sélectionné n’est pas admissible pour réclamer le prix ou ne réclame pas son prix dans les 48 heures suivant la première tentative de contact, ou refuse ou est incapable de se conformer aux règles, ou toute notification du prix est retourné comme non livrable, un gagnant potentiel sera sélectionné au hasard parmi les participants restants.
RELEASE:
Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest and any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Montreal, the province of Quebec, Canada to the extent permitted by law.
We are committed to the privacy of your information. We do not, and will not, distribute, disclose or sell any of your personal information to third parties, other than as required by law or as necessary to process a payment or to claim your prize.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
Jet-Setter Inc. is not responsible for: (a) any problems or technical malfunction of any computer online systems including Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from playing or downloading materials in this promotion including the recording of game results; (b) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by the website users or by any equipment of programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; or (c) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or the website. Jet-Setter Inc. reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus or bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Jet-Setter Inc. or their agents corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Jet-Setter Inc. reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
If the identity of an online entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder in Instagram at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant.
Participants agree to release discharge and hold harmless Jet-Setter Inc. from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, and property, whether direct or indirect, which may be due or arise out of participation in the Contest and abide by the Official Rules.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and French version of these Rules, the English version shall prevail.
